CITE.BPMS

CITE.BPMS is a complete software platform that allows an Organization to create a reference point for organizing, managing and monitoring its business processes. CITE.BPMS integrates the functionalities required to manage a process executed by a business unit, from the beginning to the completion of its operation and archiving. By adopting an open data model and up to date interoperability practices it adapts perfectly to an organization’s needs for interconnection of existing and future information systems and integrates smoothly into the set of systems that serve it.

CITE.BPMS integrates as its building blocks a series of subsystems that can be activated and configured appropriately to create the environment that the Organiztion desires:

Document Management: CITE.DocuMan

The Document Management System is the cornerstone of the case system. It encloses all messages related to a case, whether derived from external sources or generated by the internal processes of the handling of the case by the carrier’s executives. Read more

Case Management: CITE.Cases

The Case Management System is the place where documents fall into cases handled or maintained by the Organization. A case can be substantially documented independently of the documents it contains, with a different or overlapping set of metadata that can be tailored depending on the Organization’s needs. Electronic Protocol: CITE.Registry

The Electronic Protocol System undertakes the rendering of identifiers to the documents assigned to it with a plurality of rules. These rules can take into account the direction of the documents (incoming, outgoing, anywhere), their agenda, their distribution details (sender, internal recipients, departments and addresses etc.), the objects or persons to which they refer. Workflows: CITE.DocuFlows

Handling a case includes a set of tasks performed by an organization's executives. CITE.Cases monitors these tasks through the Workflow Management Subsystem (CITE.DocuFlows), a flexible module that can apply standard workflows to actions performed by an operator on a task. Can monitor tasks performed by one or more operators in series or in parallel, assignments to other executives as well as send reminders and alerts depending on the progress of a task, modify the status of documents or cases upon completion of a task, and records in detail every action taken in its context. Advanced Searches: CITE.DocuSearch

CITE.BPMS is based on the indexing and search engine system CITE.DocuSearch. The system combines indexes all the data, metadata, and content of the documents handled by the system, whether they are case or document related in a high-performance distributed infrastructure and have the ability to respond to complex queries that may apply to each component of the application. Document Processing Bus: CITE.DocuProc

The CITE.DocuProc undertakes the extraction of attributes, metadata and text from the documents delivered to it. Specifically, it receives one or more documents that are part of a message along with the metadata that accompanies it until the specific phase of its processing by CITE.BPMS and after processing it through a series of filters, returns any possible digital files and metadata for the message and documents it received. Message Routing: CITE.DocuBridge

The Message Routing System adds automatic, semi-automatic or manual message input capabilities to CITE.Cases. It starts from the reception of a message, which can be manually inserted into the system or automatically extracted from external sources. Read more

Form Composition: CITE.DocuForms

The form creation subsystem is about creating structured documents and messages through CITE.BPMS. Forms can have fields of various types such as arithmetic, calendars, partial calendars, text, lists, geographical, fully formatted text, multimedia or even custom fields, and can be accompanied by attachments. They are configured either through the internal form design mechanism or with plugins that give additional configuration flexibility over the platform's basic tools. Read more

Action Logging: CITE.AuditVault

Action Logging System is a distributed system that is administratively separated from all other CITE.BPMS application suite systems to maintain its integrity in high standard security systems. Read more

Multi-modal Updates: CITE.Notifications

Each application of the package generates messages that inform operators, or application managers, of changes or situations that need updating or attention. Read more

External Searches: CITE.SearchBridge

In the case of Organizations where case management also involves searching for information based on the particulars of a case and its constituent documents CITE.SearchBridge undertakes to facilitate the aggregation of search results into one central point, that of CITE.BPMS. Read more

Reports and Business Intelligence: CITE.BPI

CITE.BPMS supports exporting reports in two ways.

The first way is to instantly generate reports from system search results. The operator can select fields to display and output these results either in a readily editable format (e.g. xlsx) or in a document format (PDF), by taking advantage of the grouping features offered by the interface.

The second way is to exploit the CITE.BPI subsystem that interconnects applications with popular Analytics and Reporting systems, such as Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and JaspertSoft Reports. Read more
