External Searches: CITE.SearchBridge

back to CITE.BPMS

In the case of Organizations where case management also involves searching for information based on the particulars of a case and its constituent documents CITE.SearchBridge undertakes to facilitate the aggregation of search results into one central point, that of CITE.BPMS.

Utilizing External Search Engine Online Services Interfaces as well as the semantic features of the search criteria, CITE.SearchBridge automatically or semi-automatically selects the appropriate metadata of a case or a document and recommends it to the operator as values for the search filters provided by external search sources. In addition to both system and user level, search profiles can be configured which can combine sources or search criteria, so that the operator can easily address his question to the appropriate receivers. CITE.SearchBridge can take advantage of specific online information service interfaces which can be customized to exploit the data model of each installation and can be expanded through plugins to communicate with new sources. An important feature of CITE.SearchBridge is that it can take advantage of more than one search source, synchronizing their responses and aggregating their results with the appropriate formatting in the user's web browser, presenting the criteria, the results and any failures that were possibly observed. Supports queries repetition in case of failure to receive a response (e.g. timeout) and creates a document (MS Office and PDF) from the search criteria and results.
