Reports and Business Intelligence: CITE.BPI
CITE.BPMS supports exporting reports in two ways. The first way is to instantly generate reports from system search results. The operator can select fields to display and output these results either in a readily editable format (e.g. xlsx) or in a document format (PDF), by taking advantage of the grouping features offered by the interface.
The second way is to exploit the CITE.BPI subsystem that interconnects applications with popular Analytics and Reporting systems, such as Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and JaspertSoft Reports. Through CITE.BPI and the reports formed there, the operator can prepare the criteria of a report which the system will transfer to the corresponding report generation system and after processing, the results will be delivered to the CITE.BPMS implementation environment. Reports are formatted through the tools of these external reporting systems. CITE.BPI is extensible in two ways: it can take advantage of new BI / Analytics / Reporting systems through plugins and can also integrate custom reports implemented as CITE.BPMS plugins and take immediate advantage of the system’s API that gets exposed to them by it.
