Job description

The positions target software engineers with knowledge or experience in DotNet framework and relevant technologies, i.e. DotNet Core, Web API etc.

Selected experienced candidates will have the opportunity to work in large scale or multi-team projects of large distinguished clients.

Having a highest education degree is a prerequisite for the position applicants.

Work location is Athens, however candidates may opt for working on CITE's Sparta branch, according to their own preferences.

The following classes of positions are open, with the corresponding required conditions:

• Experienced / Team Leaders (at least 3 years of experience on relevant technologies required)
• Senior Developers / Team Leaders (at least 7 years of experience on relevant technologies required)
• Junior Developers (thesis or personal projects on relevant technologies required)

For Experienced and Senior developers the ability to lead teams is highly welcome.

Qualifications and skills

For all levels the following are required skills:

• Good knowledge of C#.
• Knowledge of dotnetcore framework.
• Very good understanding of Object Oriented Programming model.
• Very good understanding of Relational model.
• Highest education degree specializing on Informatics (Bachelor's or Master's). 

The following skills and qualifications will be evaluated depending on the level of experience and of the candidate:

• Very good knowledge of SQL, practiced on a major RDBMS.
• Knowledge /experience in any web front end framework and relevant technologies, such as Angular, React, HTML5, JS.
• Knowledge and ability to apply design patterns.
• Certifications in technologies of relevance.
• Familiarity with additional technologies and software design and implementation practices.

Especially for Senior Developers the following skills are also evaluated:

• Experience in test design and management (stress, performance, security, verification) is required.
• Experience in software quality assurance procedures and frameworks is required.

Additional required non-technical qualifications and skills

The minimum requirements for employment are as follows:

• Fulfilled military obligations (for Greek male candidates only). 
• Excellent written and spoken use of the English and Greek languages. 
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing. 
• Ability to collaborate in small or large management and implementation groups. 
• Problem solving skills.

Selected candidates will be subject to one or more tests to verify their skill level on technologies they declare to be competent in.

Salary

• Fixed salary that depends on experience and skills.
