Secretary Assistant
CITE is seeking a Secretary Assistant.
Main position responsibilities may include any or all the following:
- Contacting suppliers and customers to collect required documents for projects or competitions.
- Manage and support orders and deliveries.
- Manage and support company’s general communication.
- Project Management support.
- Human Resource Management support.
- Financial management support.
- Administrative support.
- Support on setting up and running business events (in or out of company’s premises)
Salary
- Fixed salary that depends on experience, qualifications and skills.
- Extra rewards for productivity, achievements and diligence.
Position Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
The minimum conditions for considering applications are as follows:
- Highest education degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
- At least one (1) year of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent knowledge of using MS Office (e.g MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
- Excellent knowledge of using web software as web, email, collaboration tools, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Ability to fluently communicate orally and in writing and collaborate with small and large groups.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Consistency and Responsibility.
- Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable).
Selected candidates may take short tests in specific subjects for which they declare proficiency.
Appreciated Qualifications:
- Highest education degree on relevant fields such as business administration etc (Bachelor's or Master's).
- Proficiency in additional foreign languages beyond those mentioned.
- Experience in project management or human resources support
