Action Logging: CITE.AuditVault
Action Logging System is a distributed system that is administratively separated from all other CITE.BPMS application suite systems to maintain its integrity in high standard security systems.
Through the REST API it allows each suite application to send log data relating to (a) changes in data caused by user actions (b) user actions within the system(e.g. access to functions and data) and (c) application behavior and logging of their internal states and data (logging). CITE.AuditVault provides its own, independent, interface for the introspection of the logged data. Optionally plugins are provided within other applications of the CITE.BPMS BPMS package that allows viewing of recorded data within the same interface. The interface allows queries to be made on the data, which are recorded with a large number of metadata. The system offers structured searches as well as full text searches on all metadata and log content.
