CITE.BPMS is based on the indexing and search engine system CITE.DocuSearch.
The system combines, indexes all the data, metadata, and content of the documents handled by the system, whether they are case or document related in a high-performance distributed infrastructure and have the ability to respond to complex queries that may apply to each component of the application. Search offers a combination of structured search abilities and full text search with the ability to evaluate the coverage of criteria by an object of the system (e.g. case, document, person etc.) and deliver results with various classifications and views. Optionally offered a query composition interface, where the user can synthesize queries with logical operations (AND / OR) giving the operator even more flexibility to locate the information he is looking for.
