Electronic Protocol: CITE.Registry

back to CITE.BPMS

The Electronic Protocol System undertakes the rendering of identifiers to the documents assigned to it with a plurality of rules. These rules can take into account the direction of the documents (incoming, outgoing, anywhere), their agenda, their disposition details (sender, internal recipients, departments and addresses etc.), the objects or persons to which they refer.

It supports the rendering of generic and special protocol numbers, such as department, group, case protocols, etc. with a plurality of rules, while it can also accept additional logic with the help of plugins for rendering protocol numbers. To maintain its metadata, it exploits the services of the Document Management System, with which it is closely linked. It can provide protocol numbers both on external systems and through a graphical user interface and its programming interface (API), which is offered through the REST API for unlimited integration abilities into existing infrastructures.

CITE.Registry can be replaced by an external system or service available to the Carrier as long as it meets the minimum requirements of CITE.Cases
