Distribution Model
CITE.BPMS is available based on two models:
- Software as a Service, with a license related to the extent of the features enabled, the volume of messages and documents, the number of users that connect to the system and the service’s SLA.
- Software on Premises, with a license related to the extent of the features enabled and the number of users that connect to the system and the SLA of the service. It is necessarily accompanied by installation and configuration services.
