Interoperability
CITE.BPMS addresses the issue of unlimited and seamless interoperability with three different techniques.
- Adoption of widely accepted open standards in any field that is suitable for the functional and non-functional needs of the system. This may cover service communication needs, formats etc.
- Provision of a universal and complete programming interface, implementing the REST approach, whereby any external system can take full advantage of CITE.BPMS functionality and integrate it into the wider application framework of an organization.
- Provision of specialized EDI oriented web services that allow the extraction and sending of information with limited and simplified call range over the full REST API.
